Masar OS SMS messaging

Masar AI Inc. provides SMS messaging through Masar OS for load and dispatch updates, maintenance and roadside status, document, invoice and account notifications, and direct customer-care replies.

Opting in #

You opt in only by selecting an unchecked, explicit SMS consent control in the Masar app or account setup, when offered, or by texting START to the Masar business number. An account, purchase, phone number or ordinary message alone does not give consent. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Your choices #

• Reply STOP to opt out. You will receive an opt-out confirmation and no more messages unless you opt in again.
• Reply HELP for help.
• Reply START to opt in again.

Privacy and terms #

Mobile information and SMS opt-in or consent data are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Sharing with messaging vendors is limited to operating the messaging service.
