Cancellation and Refund Policy

This policy is part of our Terms of Service.

1. Free trial #

Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. A card is required to start, and you are not charged during the trial. Your first charge is on day 15 unless you cancel first. We email you a reminder about 3 days before that charge. If you cancel before the trial ends, you pay nothing.

2. Cancel any time #

You can cancel at any time. Sign in, go to Settings, then Plan and billing, then Cancel. You can also use the cancel link in any receipt email, or email info@masar10x.io and we will cancel for you within one business day.

When you cancel:

• Your account stays open until the end of the billing period you have already paid for (the end of the month for monthly plans, the end of the year for annual plans).
• We will not charge you again. Cancelling stops all future renewals.
• You can export your data while the account is open and for 30 days after it closes.

3. No refunds #

All fees are non-refundable. This includes monthly and annual subscription payments, partial or unused time, downgrades, add-ons (such as Recruiting), and credits (included or purchased credit packs). We do not give prorated refunds when you cancel; you keep access until the end of the paid period instead.

4. Plan changes #

Upgrades take effect immediately and you pay the prorated difference for the rest of the period. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current period. No refund or credit is given for the difference.

5. Billing mistakes #

We will correct a billing mistake that is our error, such as a duplicate charge for the same period, or a renewal charged after you cancelled before the renewal date. Contact us within 60 days at info@masar10x.io. Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank so we can fix it quickly. This section is not a refund of fees for service you received.

6. Failed payments and suspension #

If a renewal payment fails we retry and email you. After 7 days the account becomes read-only, and unpaid accounts may be suspended. You can restore access by updating your payment method. Suspension does not cancel fees already due.

7. Where the law requires #

Where applicable law gives you a right to a refund or to cancel, that right applies regardless of this policy.
